Privacy policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is BDwebDesign, [NAME / COMPANY, COMPANY ID], email: [YOUR EMAIL]. You can contact me with any question about this policy.
2. What data I collect
Only the data you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, the service you need, your preferred start date and your message. I don't ask for more than I need to reply to your enquiry.
The website's hosting provider also processes technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site available and protected from attacks.
3. Why, and on what legal basis
I use the form data only to reply to your enquiry and send you a quote. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
4. How long I keep it
If we don't start working together, I delete your enquiry within 12 months of our last correspondence. If we sign a contract, the data is kept for as long as needed to fulfil it and to meet legal requirements (for example, accounting).
5. Who else has access
I don't sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. I use the following providers, who process data on my behalf:
- Cloudflare for website hosting and protection;
- Web3Forms to deliver form messages to my inbox;
- my email provider, [EMAIL PROVIDER].
Some of them may process data outside the European Union. In those cases the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use analytics tools. Fonts are served from the website itself, not from external services. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary technical cookies to protect the site from malicious traffic; these do not require consent.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, and object to its processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [YOUR EMAIL]. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg) or with the data protection authority in your own EU country.
